Breaking Barriers: CIMAGE Students Bag Top IT Jobs Amid Global Hiring Freeze

In a time of global hiring freeze in IT, CIMAGE students break the odds. Hear from our Director Sir as he motivates students placed in TCS, Accenture, and other top MNCs, including international offers.

In a global environment where hiring in the IT sector has slowed significantly, students of CIMAGE Group of Institutions have defied the odds. From TCS to Accenture and even international placements, the success stories coming out of CIMAGE are nothing short of inspiring. Recently, our Director Sir addressed the newly placed students in an interactive session full of motivation, energy, and pride.

Securing Jobs During an IT Hiring Freeze

Director Sir opened the session by highlighting the incredible timing of these achievements. “It is a matter of pride that these students secured jobs when the IT sector across the globe is facing a hiring freeze,” he said. Students sitting in the hall had offers from top-tier companies like TCS, Accenture, and even international firms such as America Foods.

These placements not only validate the students’ hard work but also the institute’s consistent focus on industry readiness and skill development.

From Small Villages to Global Corporations

Among the highlights were stories of students who came from small towns and villages of Bihar and secured roles in global MNCs.

Take Shivani, for instance, who hails from East Champaran — the land of Gandhi Ji’s Satyagraha. She proudly announced that she has been selected by Accenture. When asked about how people in her village would react, she smiled and said, “Sir, they don’t even know what Accenture is. I’ll tell them it’s a multinational company in the IT services sector.”

Our Director Sir took this opportunity to explain to all students, “Just as Microsoft is a leading product-based company, Accenture is the world’s largest IT services company.”

Another student, Rohit, faced a tough decision — he had offers from TCS, Accenture, and an international company based in America. When asked which one he would join, he replied, “Sir, I need to sit down and think deeply about it.” Sir responded with encouragement, “That’s a good problem to have. We’ll help you make the right decision.”

Placed in Multiple Companies? That’s a CIMAGE Trend!

The audience burst into applause when a student named Arogya Soni, a BBA student, shared that he had offers from 21 different companies. He began reading the list from his phone — IndiaMART, Piramal Finance, EuroPass Immigration, Grok Auto Mechanics, Paytm, National Stock Exchange, VBM Textiles, Star Union Dai-ichi, ICAI, and many more.

Director Sir chuckled and said, “Are you trying to make a world record? Choose the best opportunity and stick to it. Arogya nodded, acknowledging the wise counsel.

From Exam Rooms to Boardrooms

Another student was offered a role at America Foods, a multinational company with headquarters in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. Director Sir praised him, and added, “Your senior, Chandraprakash, is now Chief Technical Officer at the same company. These connections are proof of CIMAGE’s alumni strength.”

The Power of Preparation & Right Guidance

Throughout the address, Director Sir emphasized one key point — industry alignment is essential. “You’ve made it not just because you attended classes, but because you were trained with a purpose. You were trained in aptitude, communication, domain knowledge, and soft skills,” he stated.

He also encouraged the placed students to serve as mentors for juniors. “Your success is not just personal. You are now role models. Share your journey, guide others, and lift your peers,” he added.

Final Words of Wisdom

As the session concluded, Director Sir gave one final piece of advice:

“The world may face hiring freezes, but talent never goes out of demand. If you have the right skills, discipline, and mindset, no recession can stop you.”
